RETURNS

We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
  • Please include Order Name or Order # inside your Return package

  • Returns are eligible for *store credit* only within 14 days of delivery date.

  • If you are wanting to Exchange something it will still be processed as a Return. You can buy the correct size with your Store Credit.
  • Store credit is sent as a virtual giftcard via email. 

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

  • Items MUST BE unworn and unwashed and in ORIGINAL condition.

  • Items must be odor free... cigarette smell, animal odor, perfume, etc.

  • The following items are considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for return: accessories, bodysuits, graphic tees and athletic wear.

  • ANY ITEM PURCHASED DURING A SALE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. These items are generally indicated with a price ending in $0.99.
